I've been searching for construction project management software for a small subcontracting (electrical) business. I'm not looking for estimating software; just want something to track purchase orders, change orders, payables, receivables, etc. on a per-job basis. Is anybody using anything they like and could recommend? We're a small operation; we don't have thousands of dollars to spend, don't need more than two or three users, and prefer a stand-alone rather than web-based program.
