The Construction Banner Exchange is one of the many services offered at GreatPossibilities.com and your use of this banner exchange program constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use.
- You agree to familiarize yourself with the Terms of Use and abide by them if you choose to use the Construction Banner Exchange services to which such terms apply.
- Great Possibilities reserves the right to change the Terms of Use and any Additional Terms at anytime, effective upon making the modified provisions available on our website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Banner Exchange Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
- GreatPossibilities.com does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of any changes to the Terms of Use or Additional Terms.
Banner Exchange Policy:
The exchange ratio for your account is determined by the most prominent placement of the banner code(s) showing other banners on your website.The more prominent the location, the larger your sign up bonus and rate of exchange.

Size being shown on your Site * % Of your current Exchange Rate Group 0 (468x60) 100% Group 1 (120x60) 50% Group 2 (234x60) 80% Group 3 (120x90) 60% Group 4 (120x240) 100% This will not affect your rate of exchange if the size of the banner shown on your site is of the same banner group size you have submitted to the exchange.
In other words, if you have a 120x60 banner in the banner rotation and you are showing a 120x60 on your site, you'll be getting 100% of your current exchange rate.
On the other hand, if you have a 468x60 banner in the exchange rotation and you only show smaller size banners from other groups, your compensation would be as shown above.
Terms of Use:
You agree to insert the provided unique HTML code for displaying banners on your website within 5 days of creating your account.
The unique HTML code may not be modified in any way without written permission from the Construction Banner Exchange.
Your unique HTML code must be placed on a page in your web site in a position where the majority of people visiting that page will see and notice the banner ad displayed via the HTML code.
Any pages on which you host the Construction Banner Exchange banner code MUST contain genuine content. Placing the Construction Banner Exchange banner code in pages with only banners and links to others are not allowed, and your account may be terminated.
In connection with your participation in the Construction Banner Exchange you may not:
- Artificially inflate traffic counts to your web site using any device, program or other means.
- Insert more than one HTML code of the same account and size group on any single web page on your web site.
- Include the HTML code on any pages of your web site that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user.
- Include the HTML code on any web page that is not generally accessible to all Internet users.
You agree that GreatPossibilities.com reserves the right to remove your banner ad and web site from the service, at any time, without notice, for a violation of these guidelines or for any other reason.
You most submit a banner within 5 days of creating your account, if you do not submit a banner to this exchange within that time, you will cease to accrue credits after 5 days and your account could be removed from the exchange.
Conditions of Use:
As a condition of your use of the Construction Banner Exchange, you warrant to GreatPossibilities.com that you will not use the Construction Banner Exchange for any purpose that is unlawful, or prohibited by these Terms of Use or the Additional Terms (as may be modified from time to time).In addition, you may not use the Construction Banner Exchange to:
- Defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- Publish, post, distribute, disseminate or link to any:
inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, adult content, nude, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.- Link to any sites for marketing, sales or distribution of: firearms, explosives, ammunition, liquor, tobacco products, food that is not packaged or does not comply with all applicable laws for sale to consumers by commercial merchants, pharmaceuticals and controlled substances, counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods, fraudulent goods, any goods or services that infringe or otherwise violate a third party's rights, registered or unregistered securities, goods or services that you cannot legally sell.
- Harvest or otherwise collect information about third parties, including e-mail addresses, without the express consent of such third parties
- Violate any applicable government laws or regulations.
GreatPossibilities.com is not obligated to monitor the content on The Construction Banner Exchange. However, with respect to the use of the Banner Exchange Program, GreatPossibilities.com reserves the right to disclose any information or materials as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, from the Construction Banner Exchange, at our sole discretion, without notice at any time.
GreatPossibilities.com reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to The Construction Banner Exchange without notice. You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your password(s) and user name(s) and for any use or misuse of your account resulting from any third party using a password or user name issued to you.
GreatPossibilities.com may terminate this Agreement and your access to The Construction Banner Exchange at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Anyone determined by GreatPossibilities.com to have violated these Terms of Use or any Additional Terms may be barred from using the Banner Exchange Program. In addition, if you violate any of these Terms of Use or Additional Terms (as applicable) you will forfeit all in-kind credits and any other amounts accruing to you (if any) in connection with the Banner Exchange Program.
If your account is banned for a violation of the Construction Banner Exchange Terms of Use, you will also cease to accrue credits from the time the account was banned.
