I'm Unable to Sign In to My Account?

A user wrote:

"I'm unable to sign in to my new account!"
"I have made the account, but now I can not log into it. I have tried the password, and it will not work. So I did the forgot password, but I have not gotten any of the emails. I do not know how to access my account so that I can finish my setup."

Helpdesk replied:

"Currently, our system shows this account's email has not been confirmed, This is required in order to activate your account. Check your email's Spam box for the Email Confirmation message sent to you when you registered, and click on the link provided."

Make sure that emails sent from this domain "@greatpossibilities.com" are added to your "Address book" or "Safe senders list," to prevent emails from being deleted or sent to the junk mail folder by the spam filter.

 

The user replied:

"Thank you so much, Sorry I didn't check my spam folder."
