Young Engineers gets placed on a construction site because there is no one else available. They usually do not have a set system to work with and is therefore highly counter productive. We have setup a a Site Agent manual giving them a system to run any civil construction site, big or small. This package includes a Checklist to establish and de-establish site, costing sheets, month end sheets and many more.
