Asbestos Removal--Asbestos Abatement

The Ashtabula County Port Authority (ACPA) announces their intention to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Asbestos Abatement. All interested contractors are required to register with and to specifically request the "Asbestos Abatement" RFP package from the ACPA, located at 17 North Market Street, Jefferson )H 44047, by no later than 3:00pm, Friday, March 2, 2007. Registration may be made in person, vial mail, or by fax (440.576.5003). Registration is not accepted via phone calls. The RFP package will contain specifications and bid forms for this project. This package will be sent to the prospective bidders via email prior to the PreBid Meeting. A mandatory PreBid Meeting at Plant C is scheduled for Friday, March 9, 2007 at 11:00am. Written proposal responses to the RFP will be accepted via regular mail, express mail, or by hand delivery until 3:00pm Friday, March 16, 2007. Proposals will not be accepted via email.
