Other--Site Remediation Services

The Ashtabula County Port Authority (ACPA) announces their intention to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for site remediation services involving contaminated soil removal. All interested contractors are required to register with and to specifically request the "Site Remediation" RFP package from the ACPA, located at 17 North Market Street, Jefferson OH 44047 by no later than 3:00pm, Friday, March 2, 2007. Registration may be made in person, via mail, or by fax (440.576.5003). Registration is not accepted via phone calls. The RFP package will contain specifications and bid forms for this project. This package will be sent to the prospective bidders via email prior to the PreBid Meeting. A mandatory PreBid Meeting at Plant C is scheduled for Friday, March 9, 2007 at 10:00am. Written proposal responses to the RFP will be accepted via regular mail, express mail, or by hand delivery until 3:00pm on Friday, March 16, 2007. Proposals will not be accepted vial email.
