Building Materials (CINCINNATI)
Contractor has the following for sale 1) 3 and 1 half inch X approx 12 inch solid pine wood beams and also laminated Douglas Fir beams. Lengths vary from 29 feet +/- down to 8 feet+/-.
Over 30 each at 29 feet and over 25 each at 22feet long. Top grade stuff that was removed from the interior of a building. Wood dates to 2002+/-. Numerous steel I beams and tube beams with saddles also on hand that this wood was originally framed in to.
2)Also have LONG SPAN STEEL BAR JOISTS--(used for mezzanine loading, so they are big boys- approx 24 inches deep X 40' long. Also have misc 6x6 steel columns and wide flange supporting beams. All steel is already down and stored on the ground. This framing would make a great 6000sf +/- building frame for storage or retail or office.Existing engineered drawing available to show original layout.
