Required Experience: •At least 10 years experience in COMMERCIAL construction management; Residential construction experience alone is not acceptable •Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously •Must have some field Superintendent or Project Manager experience •Ability to handle sizeable commercial projects in excess of $10 Million •Excellent Written, Verbal and Presentation Communication skills Travel required (minimum of three to four days per week initially and near the end of the project).
