Project Manager: Trillium Construction Services is seeking a Project Manager for a permanent position in Austin Texas. Project Manager will develop and manage an office staff, supervise crews, have budget and P&L responsibility, develop and maintain sales goals on industrial projects. Qualifications: Ten years of Project management experience to include estimating, construction and maintenance of mechanical installation for construction projects. Managing multi projects in the $300,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 plus range. Strong knowledge of CAD drafting, scheduling & project engineering with heating & air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and industrial projects. Private & government contracts, estimation, bids, blueprint reading, specifications, change order development & negotiations. Controls, instrumentation, sheet metal, insulation and plumbing for industrial subcontracts. This is a permanent position, the salary is competitive and there will be a benefit package provided.
