CTS Cement seeks a Technical Support Representative to assist with incoming technical phone calls, sort reference material, and assist with marketing and administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities · Provide correct answers to customers’ / prospects’ technical questions · Organize test data, reference files and prior jobs · Track Department of Transportation (DOT) submissions and approvals · Pre-qualify sales leads · Assist with general office assignments
Qualifications · Knowledge of cement or concrete repair materials · Strong verbal communication skills · Courteous telephone etiquette · Ability to comprehend technical information · Good organizational skills · Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel · The ability to speak Spanish a plus
