Candidate will manage large projects on site, or oversee several small projects. A minimum of 5 years' project management experience in retail, healthcare, hospitality, assisted living or similar projects required. Some ground-up and larger project experience strongly preferred. Project experience should be 5 million and up. Must have a high level of technical and interpersonal skills. Should have experience with estimating utilizing software. Prefer experience with Timberline and P3 and Project. Will travel within region. Stable work history necessary. Prefer local candiates but will consider others and anywhere in Ohio for the right person.
