General Office/Support Staff--

We are a construction company with lots of work and we need help. It would be an advantage if you had an understanding of construction from the subcontractor's standpoint. This position is very diversified. The right person will have fun working here; it can be very fast-paced. We process all the paperwork to keep the jobs going in the right direction. All the paperwork includes contracts, change orders, receivables/billing, payables, payroll, preliens, liens, collections, etc. Having a knowledge of Word, Excel and American Contractor is a big plus. It is important to be English proficient since we must read all the documents. We must also make calls in our processing procedure. Although we want a candidate who will take charge, she/he must first follow directions and learn our system first! Needless to say, we want a hard worker, a fast worker and a multi-tasker who is smart and willing. Your pay will commensurate with your experience. Our benefit program is very generous.
