Now for the first time there is a process that 100% fills all the pores in existing concrete.

Not only are the pores filled but with like material. Our principle refers to this process as Electro-Phoresis (EP) Technology. This process keeps the moisture out of concrete and encapsulates any rebar protecting it from corrosion. In addition to preventing corrosion the process strengthens the concrete.

Since the beginning industry has been searching for ways to prevent moisture from penetrating concrete. There have been developments made in the concrete mix with costly additives to solidify the concrete which is being used for new construction but concrete in new construction is only about three percent compared to existing concrete installations.

EP will save billions of dollars in repair and maintenance. Corrosion in concrete is a very costly problem in areas where sodium gets into the concrete like coastal areas and areas where salt is applied to bridges and roads for removing ice.

Water Intrusion Technologies and our principle are currently working with government agencies around the world to solve the problem of concrete corrosion.
