Medford, Oregon's Newly Renovated Miller Building Unveils

MEDFORD, OR -- Russ Dale's newest, upscale professional office complex: the downtown Miller Building is now open for occupancy. They celebrated their grand opening in late June and many local businesses viewed the building and are considering relocating.

Fresh from an extensive renovation and upgrades including a marble entry, hotel-quality carpets and recycled, long-grain old growth fir paneling, the Miller Building now offers local professionals, agencies and non-profits multiple, single-office spaces and office suites that are located in the downtown urban core, adjacent to the City�s parking structure.

Designed with open common areas to accommodate casual meetings and conferences and a three-storey atrium, the interior of the twenty-one thousand square foot Miller building is bathed in an abundance of natural light. The L-shaped, three-floor structure is accessible through doors on both Main Street and Central Avenue. The building, now featuring 26 new Class-A office spaces, is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The City�s urban core is experiencing an unprecedented revival. With the expansion of Rogue Community College, the addition of the new parking structure, and the completion of Evergreen Way, Medford urban renewal has become a reality. The anticipated relocation of Lithia Motors� corporate headquarters to the downtown area will complete the process with a bang. It makes a lot of sense for investors, developers and tenants to look at Medford's vital urban core in this environment.

Located at 14 N. Central Avenue in Medford, the Miller Building has been seismically retrofitted to exceed the highest current national earthquake standards. The previous tenants, according to Dale, spent over $3 million upgrading the facility to class-A office Space. According to Dale, �We came in and created an elegant environment, multiple workspaces, and the kind of upscale touches that today�s professional practitioners want to see. We added a dedicated space for a massage therapist, and there�s even one luxury, 800 square foot, east-facing studio apartment available for lease in the building.�
